Shipping policy

Delivery

All Australian orders are delivered with NZ Post’s international courier network, tracked end to end. Standard and Express Courier options are shown at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order, and prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Timeframes

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. standard tracked delivery across Australia typically takes a further 3 to 6 working days (Express Courier is faster), depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. Under current Australian rules, orders valued at A$1,000 or less generally attract no import charges at the border. For orders over A$1,000, import duty and taxes may be payable and are collected by the carrier before delivery. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery method

Please choose your delivery address carefully — once an order has been dispatched the delivery address can’t be changed.

Incorrect shipping rates

In rare cases a technical fault can cause checkout to display an incorrect shipping rate. Our Terms of Service (Shipping Rates and Pricing Errors) explains how we handle this.
