Sometimes the room changes before the box is opened. You may return your lamp within 90 calendar days of delivery, unopened and in its original packaging.

01 / THE CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

You have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your lamp to request a return.

CONDITION

Unopened, in its packaging.

The lamp must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

PROOF

Receipt or proof of purchase.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

02 / HOW A RETURN WORKS

Four steps, from return to refund.

Request

Contact our customer service team at customerservice@cfcreation.com.au with your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Package

Securely package your lamp in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Send

Approved change-of-mind returns are sent back to our warehouse in New Zealand — we’ll provide the return address when your return is approved. Return freight to New Zealand is arranged and paid by the customer.

Refund

Once we receive your returned lamp, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

03 / THE DETAIL

Change-of-mind refunds do not include original shipping costs, and return freight is arranged and paid by the customer. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are handled separately under our 1-year warranty and the Australian Consumer Law — we cover the costs and arrange the remedy.

A lamp damaged after delivery through misuse or accident is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit any rights relating to an independent fault under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our pieces are made in small production runs, so minor variations in finish consistent with the product photography can occur. This does not exclude a claim where the goods materially differ from their description.

THE GUARANTEE, FORMALLY

C&F Creations provides this money-back guarantee (“Guarantee”) for its floor lamps purchased in Australia. The benefits provided in this Guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 90 days when the lamp is unopened and in its original packaging, with return freight at the customer’s cost. Faulty items are handled separately under our 1-year warranty, at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the lamp is unopened and in its original packaging. Once a lamp has been unpacked or assembled, we are unable to accept a change-of-mind return, as it can no longer be resold as new. Please make sure you are happy with your choice before unpacking. This does not affect your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law — faulty items are always covered.
