01 / THE ESSENTIALS

COURIER

NZ Post, tracked.

All Australian orders travel with NZ Post’s international network, tracked end to end. Delivery costs are calculated live at checkout from your address and the size and weight of your order.

DISPATCH

2 to 3 business days.

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details by email the moment your lamp is on its way.

DELIVERY

3 to 6 working days.

From dispatch, standard tracked delivery typically reaches Australian addresses in 3 to 6 working days — or choose Express Courier at checkout when it can’t wait.

02 / HOW IT ARRIVES

From our warehouse to your evening.

Order confirmed

Your order is confirmed by email as soon as it’s placed, with everything itemised in Australian dollars.

Packed and dispatched

Within 2 to 3 business days your lamp is packed and leaves our warehouse. Tracking details arrive by email at dispatch.

Across the Tasman

NZ Post carries your order to Australia — typically 3 to 6 working days from dispatch, tracked the whole way.

At your door

Your lamp is delivered to the address on your order. Please choose your delivery address carefully — once an order has been dispatched, the address can’t be changed.

03 / THE DETAIL

Every lamp ships flat-packed in protective packaging designed for the crossing, and assembly takes minutes rather than evenings.

If anything arrives damaged, or a delivery seems to have stalled, email us and we’ll take it from there — faulty or transit-damaged items are covered under our 1-year warranty and the Australian Consumer Law, at no cost to you.

In rare cases a technical fault can cause checkout to display an incorrect shipping rate. Our Terms of Service explain how we handle this — fairly, and with a full refund available if you’d rather not proceed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. Under current Australian rules, orders valued at A$1,000 or less generally attract no import charges at the border. For orders over A$1,000, import duty and taxes may be payable and are collected by the carrier before delivery; any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
