Every floor lamp carries a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

01 / WHAT’S COVERED

What’s covered.

We offer a 1-year voluntary warranty on all our floor lamps, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, the remedy may include repair, replacement or refund, and we cover reasonable claim-related freight costs for valid claims. The 1-year voluntary warranty does not limit the period for which you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Every lamp is produced under our family’s manufacturing programme with careful quality checks before dispatch, so each piece arrives as it should.

We confirm the next step

We’ll confirm the next step within one business day — often a quick troubleshoot sorts it on the spot.

We put it right

If the issue is a defect in materials or workmanship, we provide a repair, replacement or refund, and cover reasonable claim-related freight costs.

THE WARRANTY, FORMALLY

C&F Creations provides this warranty (“Warranty”) for its floor lamps purchased in Australia. The benefits provided in this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. This Warranty is provided by C&F Creations Ltd, Unit B, 19 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, New Zealand — customerservice@cfcreation.com.au.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
