Refund policy

At C&F Creations, we want every order to be right. If it isn’t, here is exactly how returns work.

Change of Mind Returns — Floor Lamps

• You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your lamp to request a change of mind return.

• Change of mind returns are accepted only if the lamp is unopened and in its original packaging. Once a floor lamp has been unpacked or assembled, we are unable to accept a change of mind return, as it can no longer be resold as new. Please make sure you are happy with your choice before unpacking.

• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

• Approved change of mind returns are sent back to our warehouse in New Zealand. We’ll provide the return address when your return is approved. Return freight to New Zealand is arranged and paid by the customer — we recommend a trackable service.

Change of mind refunds don’t include original shipping costs. Faulty or not-as-described items are handled separately below, at no cost to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and our 1-year voluntary warranty does not limit the period for which you may have rights under that law.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
